Fashion influencer unleashes on ‘disgusting’ Target and Zara

A popular influencer has been driven to the brink of tears over the current state of women’s fashion.

In an impassioned YouTube video last week, Alexandra Peirce, better known online as HRH Collection, raged that there’s nothing good for women to wear anymore and that most items today are either overpriced or look cheap.

The 37-year-old social media star singled out Target and Zara, complaining that their clothes make people ‘look poor’.

‘I’m so annoyed by it because I want nice clothes but I don’t want to spend a lot of money on clothes,’ she said.

‘I don’t wanna go and buy a $400 pair of jeans,’ she continued, before complaining that everything on the shopping app Revolve is overpriced.

‘I’m gonna cry, I swear to god I’m so sick of it,’ she said. ‘I’m honestly having a meltdown.

‘I have nothing else to wear anymore. There is nothing to buy! I’m not gonna spend $4,000 on three things. I’m just not going to. And if you don’t, there’s nothing to buy.’

Alex then singled out the popular fast-fashion brands favoured by Instagram influencers, calling them ‘tacky’.

‘Everything is so tacky. Everything is so sl***y. Like, these girls look like cheap tramps,’ she said.

‘The materials are crap, the cuts are sl***y. Everything is Coachella vibe. I just can’t do it anymore.’

She added: ‘I never see anyone who looks good. Everyone looks like f***ing s**t’.

Hard times: 'I'm gonna cry, I swear to god I'm so sick of it. I'm honestly having a meltdown,' she screamed into the camera

The famed jewellery designer also likened shopping in-store at Zara to the zoo and said that the lines to the dressing rooms are too long.

‘I want to bomb the place!’ she screamed. ‘That’s how much I hate Zara. It’s disgusting!’

When it came to Target, Alex said the clothes give off ‘cheap vibes’.

‘I got these boyfriend jeans,’ she said, holding them up to the camera.

‘The cut is weird. They look poor. That’s the truth,’ she added. ‘These are okay, but they give Target vibes.

‘You can tell when someone’s wearing jeans from Target. Yes, you can. You can tell when someone’s wearing Zara jeans. Yes, you can. You look like s**t, you do.’
